Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was third in the itinerary of our Joiners Coron Island Super Ultimate Tour with Calamian Islands Travel and Tours. We were here at Twin Peaks Coral Garden on Wed, May 17, at noon. Snorkeling is a must so those without snorkel and mask are out of luck. Those without gear can only stay in the water near the boat ladder, like our two seniors (mid-70s). An action camera is highly recommended. In the water, our tour group was divided into maybe 3 or 4 small groups. A boat crew member (I didn't get his name) acted as our human sea scooter and underwater videographer while we held onto a life vest he was pulling--it was human-propelled lazy snorkeling at its best. It was not even necessary to do leg kicks so we basically floated on the surface being gently pulled above the coral reef. A mother-and-daughter duo in our tour group didn't know how to swim and they were able to join the snorkeling activity. The underwater scenery at Twin Peaks Coral Garden was awesome. We saw giant clams, lots of different corals and fish. We saw Nemo and his dad (clownfishes) hiding in sea anemones. The snorkeling experience was exhilarating and unforgettable. We snorkeled like this for about 10 mins. Afterwards we were pulled back to the boat where we bobbed around next to the outrigger until it was time to get back on board.

This was the highlight of our private tour as it was our first time seeing blue/purple clams living inside corals. We were like 2 kids following colorful fishes and snorkeled for 30 minutes. Make sure you reapplied sunblock throughout the day as we got a bit sunburn.
Must visit if you like to explore the majestic ocean.

Colourful corals but I have to admit that I was hoping there are large plates of coral to explore. I am visiting one of the best places in the world to see corals and am a bit sad that the corals are limited to specific areas even in this paradise of a place.

This was one of the two best snorkeling areas close to Coron that I visited. There is a large variety of beautiful coral and giant clams, with tropical fish aplenty. If you are a novice snorkeler, and don't dive, this might be as good as it gets for enjoying underwater scenery.

Very pretty, and good for timid swimmers as there are breaks between the coral groups w/water less than 6 feet deep. Nemo says hi!
