We went here as part of our boat tour. It was nice- it was amazing to see underwater mountains- very deep. It wasn’t too busy when we went and there are some nice little secluded spots around the boundary lines of the lake to break...More

We booked an earlier Tour as we heard this venue get overcrowded super quick. Well, the company failed in their service (we Paid extra for nothing to red carabao) and was a massive queue for everything. Another surprise is that you need to wear a...More

I stopped here for my first dive in the Philippines and was not disappointed. We swam to shore with our gear before climbing a somewhat precarious wooden staircase up and over the rock face and then back down to the lake... Here we jumped into...More

Great for snorkeling and a must for scuba diving. Fresh water and salt water trapped below. If you are going scuba diving take swimming costume as there is extremely hot water trapped around 15 metres below and you will over heat in a wet suit....More

Barracuda lake is termal lake approximately at sea level. It is very interesting for scuba divers because of haloclines, thermoclines, walls and cave at 35 meters depth. Layers of water don't mix - first is almost fresh water with 30 °C starts from surface until...More

One of the destinations on one of the island hopping tours out of Coron. Probably deepest of the different lagoons we visited.

We stopped here as the first stop on our dive trip. It’s a unique lake, there is both salt and fresh water in it. The water is unbelievably clear and when you dive in it you can see the layers of the the waters. The...More

Dreamy dive and very nice experience. Half of your body is cool and the other half is warm. Its quite dreamy underwater as you would see how the hot and cold water separates. Its like a lake within a lake.
