It is a nice church but not the best of all romanesque churches in the valley. Of reasonable size, it is a testimony to the importance of the village of Durro in the Middle Ages. It has been renovated several times and has been transformed.

We visited this place as part of a week of hiking. Long ascent from Barbuera. Lovely village. There isnt much to the church except a wonderful door with 11th century lock and ornaments which are truly stunning

This church, while being mostly Romanesque, it contains altarpieces from different centuries. A guided visit is adviced.
