Awesome

Went this place on a bus tour last week. I think it was the best place that I visited. How they can train birds to do some of the things that they did blew my mind. The highlight for me was getting to hold a wedge tail eagle (additional cost), well worth doing. Would visited again.

Beautiful!

We did the up close interactive Bird Show today.. it was an amazing experience.. it was wonderful to get so close and personal with the birds.. the keepers were very informative, and we got to hold owls, parrots, a falcon and a Wedge-tailed Eagle.. such a fantastic way to see the birds.. well worth the money.. will definitely recommend the private tour. The private hold at the end is worth every cent.

Worth a look

Great place. We loved getting an up close experience with these awesome and big birds!
We sprung for the “private experience” before the public show.
Was certainly good but possibly a bit steep $$ compared to the price of the public show.
Certainly a great experience though 👍

Magnificent Birds
May 2021
It may have been drizzly, but that didn't spoil the viewing from the little barn owl to the beautiful white sea eagle to the majestic wedge tailed eagle. There's the white back magpies' "party trick", the "loud mouthed" squawking black cockatoos, and the ability to wear the leather glove on which a bird can perch for a few minutes. It costs extra to hold the wedge tailed eagle, but you need to be strong to hold this big bird. Grey days can be great for a visit as there are fewer customers. It's good that Raptor Domain is a sanctuary for injured birds. Definitely worth visiting.

AMAZING
May 2021
This is a MUST do!! Raptor Domain is a great cause for helping injured birds & bringing up orphaned animals. My partner and I did both shows: Venomous & Reptiles, and the bird show. Kirilly & Dayna (apologies if this is not how you spell your names) were our guides and were extremely knowledgeable and so, so caring about each and every animal. The bird show was by far our favourite - each bird was so spectacular in themselves. We were fortunate enough to be able to have a few birds perched on our arm as well as Hush the owl sit on our laps! We are so thankful that there are so many people out there caring and looking out for our amazing wildlife.

Encounter with a Wedge Tailed Eagle
May 2021
During our recent holiday on KI my husband and I visited Raptor Domain and enjoyed the free flight show and for an additional $10 per person were lucky enough to hold a Wedge Tailed Eagle at the end of the show.

The park is dedicated to caring for our amazing bird life, especially our raptor birds such as eagles and owls, and bring with them the knowledge and experience of preservation, wildlife and these amazing birds.

The park is located just down the road from Seal Bay so I highly recommend visiting while you are in the area. Tea/coffee is supplied, free of charge, to visitors while waiting for the free flight show and there are ample opportunities to interact and have photos with many of the birds in the show, including a Fawny Frog Mouth, Barn Owl, Curlew and several yellow-tailed black Cockatoos who were very entertaining.

I would highly recommend visiting Raptor Domain and if you can find it in your heart to donate to helping these wonderful wildlife warriors care for injured birds and wildlife please donate to their fund which goes towards feed and vet expenses for these amazing birds.

Great presentation
Apr. 2021
We did both talks, the birds and the snakes. The presenter made sure everyone got to hold or touch one of the animals, and it wasn’t just skewed towards children, even us oldies got a go. They also kept the talking while this happened, with very interesting information, so you were never bored. Highly recommend .

Birds in charge.
Mar. 2021
I really enjoyed this. The girls explained each bird and treated them with respect. Members of the audience are invited to hold some of the birds such as the owl. It is a good experience for all ages. The birds are well cared for an not mistreated in any way.
