This was my first operational unit in 1980, served 4 fantastic years on Phantoms so when an opportunity arose to visit the heritage museum I jumped at it.
Museum facilities are limited but worthwhile all the same, good to kill an hour or so.

Reported to the Guardroom and was told to wait for a guide in the adjacent car park. Waited for a considerable time before they arrived only to discover the museum was the other side of the road, 50 yards away max ! Be warned.
