Paradise simply put! A beautiful beach park that is worth a visit if you want to get away from the crowds. There is little here but that is the attraction for me. At the start of the park there are restrooms and concessions but drive to the tip of the park for a sense of being at one with nature!

Took our grandkids to Barefoot Beach Preserve. The beach was in the top 10 for the USA. We went in the afternoon, paid 8 for parking, and hit the beach. Quiet, seemed like a private beach and the grandkids had a blast looking for shells. We brought home two buckets of non-broken shells of different colors and size. We were... More

We drove to this beach for sunset. While it was beautiful and secluded, I feel that it was more impressive to view the million dollar mansions on the beachfront. WOW! You drive by these awesome homes for a mile or so before you reach the beach. We got lucky and didn't have to pay the $8 because we arrived at... More

I visited this park twice and was very satisfied with it. There is an $8 cover charge but the beach is beautiful. You will see turtles feeding on the roadside, Dolphins swimming in the ocean, starfish on the shores and very clear and clam waters. There is very little shade so bring an umbrella and chairs as well as a... More

It's a perfect way to enjoy a beautiful sunset, some libations and supper! We all brought our dinner (usually deli sandwiches) and then something to share with the group! Cheese, crackers, shrimp cocktails, deviled eggs, etc. - sit in a circle, and just enjoy the end of the day and take in and yet another south west Florida sunset. Barefoot... More

This is a nice, clean beach. Very relaxing and quiet. Parking can be a problem and it cost $8 to get into, but I think it's worth it. You can rent chairs for $5 and they will carry it for you. Their is a boardwalk where you can see all sorts of animals from. It's a nice place.

Picnic, stroll, relax and enjoy this Gulf Coast beach. Convenient parking and adequate facilities. Arrive early in peak season to secure your spot as this is a popular destination for Naples and Bonita Springs vacationers.

Beautiful beach but beware that cars are constantly broken into, especially at sunset. While Park Rangers are quick to write a parking ticket or tell you you cant set in your car with it in park waiting for a parking space they or patrolling the beach, they do nothing stop the breakings.

This is a beautiful beach with lots of information about wildlife and sea creatures. However, the park ranger is not very nice to children. She was very harsh to our children while we were taking pictures.
