This is a very easy hike (a bit steep at the beginning but it's only about 3 minutes worth) and a pleasant 10 minute walk along the pebbled beach. The view is stunning and well worth the walk. I'm a bit handicapped when it comes...More

It is quite the journey along an unsaved road to get to but once you get there and walk down to the beach and then to the lighthouse it is worth the travel. So many trees, deer, etc along the way to enjoy.

Went here tonight. We were the only people there at lighthouse then a lovely old golden retriever greeted us on the beach...looked just like my old girl... There isn't much info about how to get to this area. It is located on a well prepared...More

You drive for about 20 minutes on an unpaved logging road to get to the parking area for the lighthouse. The driveway to the lighthouse itself is marked with a large No Trespassing sign. Follow the trail to the beach and walk west to reach...More

A short hike in the forest followed by a walk along the beach and you are at a delightful light house on the wave swept north point of the island. You look across the Broughton Strait to the Cluxewe Camp Ground.

Beautiful, scenic, historical, and more food for the soul. Loved the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean, the air, the sky. Absolutely nothing not to love.
