Excellent selection of real ale nice atmosphere good company. Had a great night hear good outside seating area disabled friendly. We had a great time hear will visit again.

To enjoy a beer on a preserved railway platform is a lovely atmospheric experience. Beer here is well kept.. Staff are knowledgeable.

Situated at the end of the East Lancs railway this bar has a good range of ales and an outdoor seating area on the platform, perfect for a summer evening.

What a great idea for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Sitting watching steam trains coming and going whilst having a pint (or half) of real ale. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere great....dogs children and muddy walking boots welcome.
