I really enjoyed walking around the beautiful spaces/old house/spacious lawn, even the walk there from the train station was nice & the feel of this place was special, a treat away from the city. There’s a bus (338?) right on the main road going to Karen Blixen Museum which was a spontaneous bonus. Beware at the time, the bus only came once an hour. So glad we experienced the smaller towns & were able to go to these museums & ride the train/bus with the Copenhagen Card.

This museum is an unexpected delight. It is a rambling building with a real variety of art on show, from live performance, to video, photography, painting, models and sculpture. I saw the Pussy Riot exhibition which was absolutely fascinating and placed recent history in context while also showing the development of the group over the last decade. Downstairs I was awe-struck by the amount of Alberto Giacometti sculptures - a great variety of size too, including the famous walking man. The gardens had more sculptures, include Moore. And the restaurant had good lunch options even for the fussiest eater. Given this gallery is just an hour on the trin from Copenhagen, I'd say it is in the must-see category, even for a short visit to Denmark

We came here whilst in Copenhagen on a friend’s recommendation. A nice train ride up the coast and 10 min walk from Humlebæk Station it was easy to get to. Really loved the installations and outside pieces. Great day out.

I’m not at all qualified to critique art, but this museum was a special experience. We were there when there was a special exhibition about artificial intelligence, and it was clearly very carefully put together. The regular exhibitions were of a similar high standard. Very privileged to have experienced this wonderful artistic interpretation of so many contemporary issues.

What a great museum. You can spend a good three hours there. The outdoor sculpture garden and indoor exhibits both follow an easy circular route. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Can’t understand why there’s no shuttle bus, though the walk is pleasant.

What a place. Gentle 10 mins walk from the station. Sooo much excellent art on display & so well spaced out never feels crowded, restaurant well worth a visit whatever you need at the time, they can cater

Louisiana Museum is absolutely stunning. About an hour train ride from Copenhagen [and a bit of a walk from the train station] the site is magnificent. Directly at the waters edge with a beautiful view of Sweden and rolling green hills. it was a joy to explore the sculpture garden winding around the property. The art collection is world class and the Giacometti room is glorious. The cafe has a magical view with a glorious group of Calder’s. Unequivocally one of the best museums we’ve ever been to and an absolute must for art lovers.

I had a very nice art experience here in fantastic surroundings. I took the train from Copenhagen, which worked excellently for me in a wheelchair. The museum itself has a wide range of exciting art. It is also well adapted for those of us in wheelchairs.

Gorgeous setting and fascinating galleries. Worth a trip if staying in Copenhagen. Easy train ride and short walk from station. In summer it’s open until 10 pm so you can go late in day as we did and was not very crowded. The cafe disappoints. The dinner menu is expensive and limited. Just not worth it unless. The service and patio setting were terrific.

Stunning place, excellent permanent collection, very interesting exhibition. The place is beautiful, the museum has a wonderful Giacometti masterpiece section. The restaurant has a breathless view and the food and the service is very good. Access is very easy. Very nice experience.
