This building is an amazing piece of history. It was known as the poor house back in the old days. It housed the unlucky souls bad in the depression. What a beautiful building to see and think of all the people that it took in.

This museum was originally the local poor house and it is this history that makes the Wellington County Museum so interesting. Well worth a visit. Cost is by donation too.
