A quaint little museum that tells you what the Wine horses of Caravaca means for this town. The hard work and efforts that is done throughout a year to make these marvelous garments for the horses is just astonishing. Well worth a visit!

This is the way to find out about the annual tradition here that obsesses the population. There is a short video in English, which helps a lot. The hand embroidered hose costumes are beautiful

An unusual museum. Recounts a fiesta day in the year when horses and 4 men race up the hill to the church on top. Unbelievably, the record for the 80m dash up a very steep slope is under 8 seconds! Yes, seconds!! Check out YouTube...More

Well worth a visit to the different embroidery of the Wine Horses up close and personal. such fine workmanship. Must take ages to complete. All for a 10 second race !!

Right in the central part of this nice town you find this small but very interesting museum. A very informative video gives you the background and the very friendly and informative staff gives you a lot of extras. Go there!!
