For a great day picnic or to walk out with the tide this beach has it all. The playground is one of my boys favorite pastime. Only problem is it's too popular now!!

Fun and had dinner. They have a great little take out cafe there and the food is good. Atmosphere was very family arriented and it was nice walking barefoot on the beach

Summer (May 31 - Sept 5) hours are 7am to 10pm but during the rest of the year closing time is 8pm.

No, dogs can only be on leash away from the water or on the trails. there in a small school park nearby in boundry bay with a massive back field though. its a great place to let dogs run and play.
