The worlds longest tunnel for cars. Very long! In 3 places the tunnel expands to caves with blue lightning, which is a nice variation to the endless soft curve.

This tunnel is the longest I have ever been to. It took us about 40 minutes to get out of it. My son (4 years old) got really tired of sitting in the dark. However, they have tried to make the tunnel more interesting by...More

There are many long tunnels in Norway but this with its 25 plus miles is the longest. It is well built and has 3 areas enlarged and well lit in different colors. It takes more than 20 min to drive trough but the road above...More

Tunnels in Norway can be kilometres long, 15 minutes or more to drive through is not uncommon, but this one was special. Seemingly to counteract the driving fatigue, the lighting in 2 sections at roundabouts was remarkable. Good one Norway, great example.

Nice and very long tunnel in Norway. Two parts of it are nicely illuminated and you can actually stop there.

I salute the daredevil engineers who made this tunnel a reality. It's a true engineering marvel. Driving through almost 150+ tunnels on my trip across Norway; I was close to getting claustrophobic. But this being the longest kept me hooked on with the amazing light...More

You drive through this tunnel which is 25km long. There are 3 blue lit stopping ares at equal points along it. No tolls. Although there are speed cameras. It is a tunnel that is part of the road/highway system.

Normally I wouldn't count in road tunnels as attractions, however this is the longest in the world, 24,5 km. It's a fantastic piece of engineering, and it's equipped with three illuminated halls, to break the monotony (the locals use to party in them). The tunnel...More
