French Shore Interpretation Centre - Exhibits include The Quest for Cod and French Shore Tapestry. We are part of a trail system known as Northeast Way which include Glass Hole Trail, Underground Salmon Pool and Barr'd Island.

We visited the French Shore Interpretive centre to see the famous tapestry. It is well worth the side trip to Conche just to see the tapestry, however, the rest of the interpretation centre is also worth seeing. It is full of information about the area...More

A great stop, so picturesque worth the drive. Tapestry WOW. People are so friendly . Lovely harbour you need to stop in local store for a coffee and chat to locals

The tapestry was beautiful and the history about Conche was very interesting. Worth the visit! Newfoundland itself was an amazing province to visit!

The tapestry in Conche is a hidden gem. The history of the area is depicted in needlework that echoes the stitching and style of the famous Bayeux tapestry. We spent a couple of hours looking at this incredible piece of craftsmanship. We'll worth the trip!
