Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lot of macadamia products on sale as well as local jams and chocolates. We went late in the day so no activity in the factory to view but it smelt great no the less. Lots of products would make lovely gifts for friends or visitors Prices as on the medium to high side. Staff friendly but leave you to browse.

Viewing the factory is looking through glass to see machinery turning, not really thrilling event. The items in the shop were reasonably priced and we purchased a Kilo of fudge for $9 which we thought was very reasonable. Worth a walk around but dont expect to much.

Unfortunately the place was closed for renovation for 2 weeks so we couldn't see anything. There was a small shop opened upstairs so at least we could buy some macadamia treats. They were delicious so I would recommend this place.

Processing wasn’t happening when we were there; it would definitely be fascinating if it was. We were happy to read the history and learn about nuts. We got some macadamia treats and other bargains in the shop and think it a nice place to purchase gifts. Young Children would possibly get board very quickly when the factory isn’t operating. Will definitely be purchasing our macadamia oils from here from now on as it isn’t for from the highway and is open 7 days 👍

This place is awesome! We're returning annual customers from Tasmania and we get a regular Macadamia nut fix with online orders throughout the year.
It's so good to visit occasionally in person though.
Today we had lunch... deliciously fresh sandwiches that were packed full of ham and salad. Coffee was also very good. We finished with the best icecream on the planet, one vanilla and one chocolate Macadamia tub of deliciousness.
We finished our visit choosing a selection of six packs of nuts (limited by luggage restrictions unfortunately), including the "just released today" chilli and dark chocolate macadamias. So yum, I couldn't resist.
Staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful... excellent customer service!
We'll be back next year, our Xmas order will carry us through 😀

Huge range of macadamias. The very friendly team are happy to let you taste some samples. Our group of four bought a LOT of savoury and chocolate varieties and also indulged in the delicious macadamia scones OMG!!! The service was amazing. We went back within the week and bought more macadamias and muesli to bring back to NSW. We've also had another order shipped as gifts and to stock up for ourselves. Highly recommended

Had previously visited the Nutworks about 10 years ago. I don't remember that visit being terribly engaging but it was on the weekend when the factory wasn't working. This time was during the week - and that made a big difference. Through the large windows into several parts of the factory we could witness various processes involving massive numbers of macadamia nuts. And better still, there were factory workers on hand to scoop samples and put them into dishes below the windows, so we could have a taste. Aside from the views into factory there were some good background information boards on macadamias. Front of house though there was a very commercial focus, with an amazing array of macadamia products for sale, and not just edible one. Definitely worth a look at what there is. We came away with a shopping-bag full.

This place has everything macadamia nut-related you could think of. It offers tastings and you can see the processing plant through some giant windows, as well as displays covering the history of the mac nut in Australia. There are also opportunities to learn how to open a mac nut via multiple methods. Fun place!
