Can be a bit steep (For Southern Calfornians - if you have hiked Echo Mountain, you can do this) but the trail path is gorgeous, you don't really mind it and did not feel dangerous - the views up top are so worth it.

It's a steep 4km uphill with wooden steps to assist along the trail.then it's a gentle slope going down. It's a sunny hike so make sure you have sunscreen, hat and water! As you peak the top make sure you look behind for views too....More

This was a pretty steep climb. The views were okay. The river was dried out so we didn't have a chance to see that. The day we went it was pouring rain and the rocks and the stairs became even more slippery which was very...More

According to the map it's one on the more difficult hikes in the area but with a bit of stamina it should be no problem. Except for the lower lookout spot at the top the path is never exposed or in any way dangerous. We...More

The caveat to this review is that my husband and I have done a lot of beautiful hikes. This hike didn't really impress us. The view from the top (there's only one viewpoint) is nice, but I'm not sure it's worth the hike up there...More
