I need a wheelchair (temporary I hope) the car park attendant was unable to tell us where to park we found it next to closed Lifts the staff attitude was Appalling no Care no Interest! after being wheeled arround the car park found a working lift ! This Mall is 50% shut but went to B2S but couldn't get in 1.Step up 2. Aisles not wide enough. FOR A WHEELCHAIR ! CENTRAL STORE THE SAME FOR ALL SHOPS ITS A STEP UP NOT A LOW RAMP AND THE AISLES TOTALLY UNSUITED ONLY TOPS AND SOME CHEAP BRANDS HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO MANOUVER I amazing bright star after a hell of time is the Jim Thompson store just perfect with a team who recognized ones situation. Otherwise forget this place if handicapped. Also the disabled toilet doors are broken & dirty. Central you today shock me your total lack or care for somebody disabled is unacceptabl if you were in the USA /Europe/HK/Australia / NZ or Japan would be heavenly fined you should be here ! Its shamefull !

Nothing out of the ordinary here, but suppose it has all the conveniences of good standards; such as the supermarket (a good quality one), a cinema, electronics section and a small gaming complex. I feel the place is overstuffed with shopping and souvenir items vendors as opposed to relaxing vibes with thoughtful restaurants. Overall, a generic mall with branded restaurants the same as Bangkok, nothing spectacular.

Rubbish Mall, very disappointing compared to the one in Phuket. Thought it would be a nice day out but it didn’t cut it. At least we found somewhere to eat that took up a bit of time.

Took a trip here for a look and was very impressed on how big, modern and full of different things to do and see, came across a old VW camper van selling cocktails in the centre with live dancing and music, also had a Burger bar, fresh Oyster stall, Pulled Pork and Beef Stall. Seats where provided with small tables, spent the rest of the night here watching the entertainment, on the whole it turned out to be an excellent night. Loads of the bigger shops, restaurants, bars and play area for the kids. Something for everyone and well worth a visit.

It's a mix of the more popular Branded merchandise stores, and small retailers and itsy-bitsy stalls. The architecture is unique, with an open-air concept spread over two floors and some restaurants on the top floor. There are escalators on the two sides for ease of access. The UniQlo outlet is a major attraction. Taxis are available to and fro all parts of the Island ; determine the fare with the driver before boarding. A large Food Court at one end is a great place to satisfy hunger pangs of weary strollers !
