    Verry Nice amusement !
Verry Nice show with a lot of different acts the place is spacious and the staff is verry friendly really a place to visit on the island. There are a bunch of different shows 2 so you can go several times. It’s by far the best cabaret on the island.

    Very funny conversation
Was relatively empty, but the show was quite well done. Some viewers left during the show, which we found very unpleasant and also unfair to the performers. Yes, you are asked for tips when going out, but not as bad as it is shown here in some reviews

    Worth seeing show
A wonderful show that everyone should see. The artists are great. Pictures and videos can also be taken at no extra cost. Admission costs 290 Baht without drink and 390 Baht with a drink e.g. beer. It's definitely worth stopping by. So clear recommendation 😎🇹🇭👍

Highly recommend over other cabaret bars in Chaweng
Absolutely fantastic evening - we stayed for all 3 shows! The shows were fantastic and engaging. It seems that the other cabaret bar ‘Diva’ has more guests because of the location, but the stage and sound is terrible compared to this one. They even get the audience up on stage and involved here!

The lead dancers were excellent. They had so much energy and swagger and brought real life to the glitzy array of performances. Their backup dancers, however... it looked like for many, it was their first time on stage. They didn't know the moves or the songs and spent more time looking at each other to find out what was next than the audience.

Entrance is *free only because the price of the first drink is included (which we knew going in), but honestly I think they miss a beat here as it made you hesitant to order a second drink as pricing was unclear. So we didn't.

At the end of the show, the performers wait outside for 'photos' - AKA an opportunity for tips. As we had a good time overall, we didn't mind, but it could be overwhelming for some.

Probably the highlight of my visit to Koh Samui. I had a great time at the Cabaret and enjoyed every second. The costumes were incredible and performances were very entertaining. If you look like your really enjoying yourself, you may even be invited up on stage.

There is no entry fee as such but there is a mandatory drinks purchase which is about 400bht. Well worth it. Your second drink is about 200bht.

At the end of the show, the performers are lined up out side, happy to have photos taken with you for a small price of whatever you wish to pay.

We decided to go and watch the Cabaret whilst in Chaweng.

Free entry with a mandatory drinks purchase which is about 400bht. You are also expected to tip the waitress (standard) but the tip expected is higher than what you might wish to give for service received. Second drink price is 190 so still a bit more expensive than the rest of the beach area and the drinks are small but although they do ask a few times if you want a second drink there isn’t huge pressure to purchase.

The show is humorous, funny and a good evening. Some of the performers are not enthusiastic and it’s like they do not want to be there but others take it seriously and are amazing.

Something different to do whilst in Chaweng.

I felt really uncomfortable in this place even as a gay man!! The ladyboy that served me was overly flirtatious, suggestive and kept touching me, and as I was on my own I felt really intimidated. They dont see any problem in touching. They've obviously never heard of 'personal space'. Even if you try to avoid eye contact with them, they still keep pushing and pestering you.

It didnt only happen to me though, because I saw another ladyboy doing the exact same things to a straight man who was there with his wife and he felt really uncomfortable too.

When you buy a drink and give them the money they assume that the change is theirs to keep!

I couldn't wait to get out of there but unfortunately after the show finishes, all the performers stand outside the only exit, and then try to get you to have pictures taken with them so that they can charge you. When you don't want photos, you just get verbal abuse and insults from them and they follow you down the street shouting at you.

They have a nerve when the entrance fee for this venue is nearly as high as Simon Cabaret in Phuket, which is a much larger and more professional show. This was only 45 mins long, when others are 1hr 20mins.

The male dancers put no effort in at all, and really looked like they didn't even want to be there, but were being held hostage! Some of the ladyboys didn't know the dance moves, and didnt even know the words to the songs they were miming. Cheryl Cole is much more convincing!!

I would never go back to this venue and I would not recommend any solo male traveller (they leave the women alone) to go there unless you enjoy being harassed.

Even days later the one ladyboy still shouts abuse at you and will follow you down the street. They see tourists as walking ATM machines!

Divas Cabaret opposite Onion 2 restaurant is MUCH better.

Show was entertaining . Lead dancers great - however some of the backing dancers looked like they had joined the show only that evening and were picking up the moves live. Be prepared this place is all about tipping . The entry fee was 390 bhatt with a chang beer . We always tip anyway but they aggressively asked you for a tip when you buy a drink . Then when your leaving they literally all dash out and stand in your way. Offer photos again for a tip which absolutely agree with - however they literally demand the money as soon as they take the photo . Made us feel very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave asap

DO NOT GO!
It was the worst show ever. I'm not sure who was more bored... Audience, or the spectators! They even sucked energy from us. It looked like they were making the show for punishment!
The only good thing... You have entrance drink, and the beer was served and cold.

Run away if you can!

There are a few lady boy shows in Chaweng. This is by far the best. It has a full width stage and in roomy inside. The show is also far superior. 390THB gets you entry and one free drink. Worth every cent. What a show.

Yes they are lined up outside for tips afterwards. It is well worth tipping as you have just had a 50 minute show non stop and so cheap.

We visited the Moulin Rouge Cabaret show as a family of 4 (18+). There is no entry price but it is obligatory that you purchase a drink, with the cheapest starting at 380 Bart (around £7!). We thought this was okay as we were not paying for the show. The show itself is excellent, funny and extremely cheesy, but good fun! The ladyboys are fabulous! However, at the end, you can get your photos taken with them outside and they demand a tip from you "tip tip tip". We offered them 40 Bart and they said 'one more, one more', so we felt intimidated and handed over another 20 Bart, but they wanted 100 Bart! They eventually settled for 80 Bart but were very aggressive (especially the two young men). DON'T FEEL INTIMIDATED TO GIVE A TIP - Other members of our family did not and simply said 'no'. We, however, felt that because we had had a photo that we had to tip! They would be better off being nice and standing with a tip box, outside after the show - I guarantee they'd get more tips and the customers would have a more pleasurable experience.

Very good but a one time experience - I would not go back.

The plus side? No entrance fee...but the first drink is 370-440 baht/pp. When you are seated and the lady boy brings you your drink, she pressures you to "tip" here, and when you do (my Husband's a sucker and tipped 100 baht) she stills asks for more...so he gave her another 20 baht and she finally stopped asking. This was rude and uncomfortable. I wish this wasn't part of it.

The show is about an hour and a few performers (the one that sings Brittany, the very smiley blue feathered girl in the samba piece, the comedian, and the lead in the I ain't your mamma pieces) are really fun and great to watch. However, the rest of them look like they're being held hostage. They aren't looking at the audience, they aren't smiling, and many don't know the moves or words. It looked as if most of these performers did not want to be there and it made us glad to go after the hour was up.

Some of the lights on the set were burnt out, the costumes were a bit dated. This show needs a revamps and more rehearsal.

We wouldn't recommend this show.

This place was a complete and utter waste of time and not to mention expensive. One tip we gave one of the lady/boy was apparently not enough so she slammed it back down on the table and left then she would not serve us any more.... I would not recommend this place but def recommend starz!!!!!!
