My husband and I booked the Monday afternoon menu and were once again, not disappointed. The facilities are the best of all the cooking schools we have been in over Asia. The teaching is thorough and comical. The assistant staff are brilliant too! We have recommended this school to everyone and look forward to learning more on our next visit... More

My girlfriend and I booked the Wednesday course which consisted of making green chicken curry, coconut chicken soup and pad Thai. We were made to feel comfortable straight away it was fascinating listening to the the chefs experiences and life. The cooking course taught me I was cooking Thai food completely wrong and I could tast the difference. The food... More

My husband and I booked into the Thai cooking classes for an experience. It's an experience we will never forget and we will take away many memories but most importantly Thai cooking skills. The Head Chef was fantastic and took her time to explain things as we went along learning recipe after recipe. We went on a Monday night and... More

This is a must-do in Koh Samui if you want to try making some really authentic Thai food. I have been to Samui probably more than 10 times and food has been a hit and miss. Nothing really stood out until I tried cooking it myself at SITCA. Costing about USD50 per pax, the 3 hour class (4 students) was... More

This afternoon my family of four (kids 13/11) booked the dinner menu at the SITCA. From the moment we arrived, Roongfa made us feel right at home. We had delicious butterfly pea drinks and our stations all set up. We were lucky enough to make a meal based on Panang curry. We made curry paste in a mortar and pestle,... More

We had a wonderful class yesterday and learned all about Thai cooking, ingredients, flavours and why they use each ingredient. It was well laid out and very organised. I would highly recommend it!

This is a great experience that I recommend to anyone. This is worth the price. Ingredients are amazingly tasty and good quality. You even get a notebook with the recipes. we had a chance to make our own curry paste. You enjoy the meals you prepared right after the class. Great atmosphere. On the to do list when visiting Koh... The people at SITCA were awesome! Roongfa was extremely accommodating with our group. We were a group of ten who were at a wedding in Ko Samui and wanted to get out and do a fun cooking class. Booking was a breeze, even though I screwed up the date the first time, Roongfa was great and helped us to reschedule... More

Fantastic environment, felt welcomed and comfortable from the beginning. The staff are really sweet and have a great sense if humour. Everything is really well organised and most importantly, the food is delicious. Don't eat before you go!

Attended the afternoon cookery class. Welcoming reception, cold drink and friendly staff. Had so much fun cooking and preparing the ingredients. It was important to us that we cooked the curry paste from scratch and we did. All ingredients discussed and identified and also discussed how we could source them in the UK and use from dried or powder. The... More
