Even still not finished inside (there are some rooms under decoration) the castle is beautiful. It has a logical circuit for the visit and offers iGuided tours on tablets that is very helpful and contains a lot of historical information, together with legends from the time the castle was built.

It feels like a time machine going back centuries and centuries. This is a must visit place i think in romania and in Europe, Corvin is considered as the father of the hungarian kingdom yet he was from transilvania which now is in romania, Confusing right. When you get there the castle defences as you can see in any picture... More

Well, the castle doesn't have good location now, as very close to it are public buildings making the view from bigger distance a little bit crowdy and grotesque. When one will pass those buildings and the bridge, then the view is really impressing, the building is really great, near the river on the bottom of defile there are some crosses... More

An authentic and atmospheric castle. Great side trip when in Romania and worth a few hours of anyone's time. Externally stunning castle and fascinating inside. Having already been to Bran Castle, I can say that Corvin Castle beats it. 30 lei for adult entry which is well worth it.

Before we got there we had a look on their website to see the visit hours and we were on time. Unfortunatelly the visit hours were not the same on the castle door and the castle was closed and there is no need to say how huge our dissapoiment was. Because we came from pretty far away, I wanted an... More

We visited the castle in a sunday, in a long weekend, so it was a bit crowded, we wait for at least 30 min to buy tickets, probably I could use some more info about the personalyties who lieved, and build the castle, not just arhitectural and restauration info. And don't go near in a busy day with car, not... More

An amazing castle, well preserved. It offers audio guidance for those interested to find out more about the castle. Some rooms during the visit could get very crowded so it is recommended to be patience.

The most beautiful castle.a must see if in this area. Building started in the 1400s & it is still standing well laid out & plenty of things to see.
