We did this walk in the pouring rain and my children aged 9and 12 loved it! Not the easiest of walks and for anyone who finds walking at a pace and over rough and different terrain they might find it difficult. Lovely to see the...More

Beautiful, mildly strenuous walk that takes a couple of hours. Amazing waterfall at the end and spectacular views on the way. Lots of dragonflies too!

Although its only 2.25 miles each way, beware. the path is very rocky and slow to navigate. It seems never ending until the last .75 miles when the mountains come into view. Once getting to the falls, the descent to view them fully is very...More

Really worth stopping and doing this walk. Stout footwear was necessary as it was muddy and rocky and slippy in parts but the views were great. The falls were worth the climb but the walk is lovely anyway. The final scramble down to get up...More

Lovely walk. They are right it is a bit squeaky getting down to the viewing point but well worth it.

This is leisurely walk, first following the babbling river, then climbing the valley to a view of the falls. The walk is just under 3.5 km one way on a mostly good path. Besides the falls, there are some lovely views and birding opportunities. There's...More

Excellent path takes you a few kilometres to the Falls. Care needed to descend to get best view. Would be worth visiting after a rainstorm as must be even better then. Talked to a fisherman by the river further down. Beautiful woodland all the way...More

Great scenic walk to the falls. It's a bit rocky and boggy but we had great laughs along the way. Once you get to the falls it is VERY steep decent to go down and get the best view and photos of the falls. We...More

A great wonder into the wilderness. It takes 3 hours there and back...take waterproof clothing just in case the weather changes! Also consider carrying on for another kilometre from the falls for a great view of Suilven

Lovely setting, scenic walk on pretty well maintained paths considering the remoteness of the area. Some nice wooded areas, a lovely river to picnic beside and even a rope to haul yourself out for those brave enough to jump in!
