I skiied in Furano in early April 2018. As I could only confirm the trip very shortly before the trip (basically within one week), the remaining slot of private lesson with English speaking instructor available is only a 2hrs a. m. session.
On the day, Mr. Haruki was my instructor. He did not waste any time and almost immediately pointed out my problems, and taught me drills to improve on each and every problem. The lesson was so fullfilling that I finally improved a lot by kept practicing the drills and digesting what he taught.Â
In the remaining few days during skiing, I wish to thank him in person but he was so busy and serious in teaching with other students during the remaining time of my stay that we could only say Hello on each day. He has really enlightened me.Â
Next, I wish to mention about the staff in helping to wax my skis and sent to the Kitonamine branch from the Furano side. My request was a bit demanding, that i hoped to do hot wax on the ski by the end of ski day and took them back at Kitonamine branch by 0900hrs the ay after so I could catch my bus. Thanks for the professional service and the hospitality, the closed branch was opened at 0830hrs for me to pick up the skis.
BTW, all the staff do like the mountain and skiing...
