Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best & fantastic ocean we have seen! Crystal waters in royal blue, emerald green & blue green.
Among the 3 islands that we visited, Guyam became our favorite. Good for picture taking! And swimming/sunbathing of course.

Kinda sucked. Way over crowded with hundreds trying to fit in the size of a nickel. Would be nice for a drink anytime after the crowd boats leave. Swim area small. No snorkeling. Pretty but waayy to many people in a space to small. Most over rated place we visited. Couldn’t wait to leave. Fortunately, we were only there for an hour during the island hoping tour.

Very small; one can circumnavigate the island in 15 minutes or less. Nothing much can be done on the island. The only inhabitant is the caretaker who charges P10 (I think) each to be able to step foot on the island. Daku Island is a much better place for lounging/swimming/beach bumming.

Entrance per person is Php30. The island itself is clean! Please do not litter or dispose of your trash properly. There’s a small store to buy drinks and snacks, but try to bring small change or small bills. The water though is warm because of the algae but if you walk further into the water it gets cooler. There’s also a rock formation.

A small island wherein lots of coconut trees grow at the central portion and some survive to grow on the sandy circumferential shoreline trying to catch a little too much of soil to stick their roots at. With a little white sand beach for swimming, the rest is rocky.

This island is best with friends, families and new-found friends! I have been here for a couple of times and still wishing to go back. For a good sunny day, you can bring some lunch here while waiting for the tide if you want to go surfing in Daku. If waves are not good, island-hopping will do and you can stop by here for some drinks and watch the sunset before going back to the mainland, in GL. :) You can also work on your tan here. I love this island so much. :)

Walk around the island leisurely and it will take you no more than 15 minutes. Do it thrice if you like. Admire the mix of sand and reef in the small island. Don't forget to chill.
