We were 'passing by' in February and decided to call in. We were not disappointed! The house is wonderful to potter round at your own speed (even with 2 teenage boys in tow!) and is a wonderful example of how these properties change over time....More

This is the second Trust property I have visited recently, only to be turned away due to the car park being full. Whilst that may seem acceptable, I therefore do not see what benefits I actually have as a member. Upon arrival, rather than turn...More

We visited here on Sunday and although it was extremely busy and we had to wait until them was availability in the car park, it was really worth the wait. The house built in 1873 is very interesting and has been left exactly as the...More

We made special trip to Scotney only to be refused entry because the car park was full and there was nowhere to wait. Very disappointing.

Plenty of good paths in the gardens, though a bit hilly here and there. The house maybe a problem.
