We started off in the museum which isn't that great; some photos, some exhibits. Then it was straight to the mausoleum next door (no note photos in the museum or mausoleum) Whatever your views, it's fitting that Che's remains were sent back to Cuba. The best bit is the monument which sits on top, and which is undoubtedly impressive.

A small museum with photo's and objects that were part of the Che Guevara's life. Not that many exhibit's really for someone who was so important in Cuba's history, it's next to the mausoleum.

Nice grounds, interesting building as well as interesting contents. You have to queue in the heat if you are not with an organised tour but well worth the wait.

We spent two hours around and in the museum grounds. It is a nice memorial with historical significance for the Cuban people. It is well maintained and there are some souvenir shops nearby.

Took a bus tour to Santa Clara and 3 other small towns. The Che Guevara museum was the highlite of the tour. Very attractive place with a well documented history. Very enjoyable.

It was interesting to see the museum exhibits - pictures, clothing, etc. It would have been a better experience if the commemorative area had been better lit so you could read what the inscriptions said. The monument is beautiful. The washrooms were surprisingly clean. Take the toilet paper from the attendant upon entering. Because we had to leave our bags... More

While the mausoleum's size is overwhelming, the museum allows a closer look to the "pop-icon" of the Cuban Revolution.

Che Guevara found his final resting place here, decades after his assassination by the CIA. The mausoleum has an adjacent museum section and is topped by a gigantic statue of Che.

Many people come to this city for this Museum, it is great arkitecture with histories and memories, there was a long line up when we visited this month, it is located little far from city centre, we took a horse taxi, it was another good experince too.
