We were looking forward to it but the castle was closed as some walking path fell down a few days before our visit.. we will be back and hopefully it will be safe to see.

Rode the #1 bus from Port Joinville to Sabias and walked to the Chateau. Great experience with an English guidebook to help. Then we walked to La Muele Port, had lunch and rode the #2 back. Great day.

The sheer scale of this just hanging in the ocean is beautiful. Walking around it is a little bit rocky so beware.

Interesting commented tour (in French) especially good for families with children. The site is very beautifull

We stopped by with our boat in the bay overlooking the castle. Old, medieval, reminder of Tintin so quite fun. Beautiful, I recommend to go and visit it clearly.
