What a find, what I really like about this place is it looks as if someone is looking after it, I loved the hide that had bird feeders outside with what appeared to be freshly changed food rather that rotting bird feeders, loads of nest...More

You can walk around the several lakes, and bird hides, at almost any time from early morning to dusk at any time of the year, and you always see someone, even in mid-winter. Plenty of interesting wildfowl and non-water birds as well as other wildlife...More

Stopped off today for a walk around the wetlands with our little dog (on the lead all the time), never saw another soul and not much wildlife at this time of year

Beautifully laid-out wetlands and woodland areas with loads of birds and wild flowers to see. Very peaceful and enjoyable. Only minor downside is the lack of toilets if you're there for some time.

We have visited this attraction twice now and it was definitely better the second time. It seems to be bedding in nicely and hopefully will settle into a lovely area for wildlife.

Especially if you like animal watching. I saw some of the species of birds, king fisher, pheasant, etc. Saw some other animals as well, common frog, weasel, rabbits. It's a great day out for everyone

We don't mind a bit of wet and mud but you must have the correct footwear. Armed with our binoculars we spent a couple of hours escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life - can recommend it - very scenic on a clear winters...More

We often go for a walk round the wetlands when we stay at Masham. It is a lovely peaceful place full of wildlife and a good way to spend a couple of hours.
