I attended a fish and shellfish cookery experience which was a half day I cannot recommend this enough the food was delicious the ambience was really good the venue was so perfect I will be attending again suitable for beginner to improver.

Gave me the confidence to try new things with fish. We each filleted fish, then worked as a group on further prep and the cooking to make some great food. We all ate together and drank wine. A nice sociable event.

the chef Kevin makes the learning so much fun with easy to follow instructions and good guidance, well worth giving it a try :-) I'm sure you will not be disappointed but eager to learn more

What a fun way to learn new skills in the kitchen! Kevin the Chef was relaxed, happy and full of usefulInformation and a great teacher. Eating our efforts with a glass of wine and sharing the day with others made it really special.
