The lighthouse is being maintained on a shoestring budget, we love lighthouses and can appreciate what they are trying to do. I would have liked more information and artifacts but this of course costs money, Beautiful spot and swimming available. We were in the area...More

Quaint out of the way lighthouse, we didn't go in but there is a store and bit of a tour I think. We went just for the sunset and weren't disappointed. Beautiful cliff to walk to and sit to enjoy the sunset.

Touring the old lighthouse and reading all the history was really interesting. Then hanging out on all the rock shores fr the afternoon and watching a sunset at about 9pm was highlight of the short trip to the Island

We've been day tripping up here many times. The kids can tour the lighthouse and explore. Good place for a picnic and swim

Yes, Dogs are welcome everywhere on the site and "on leash" and 'Poop & Scoop" are both encouraged. The last day for visitors is Sept 14th so don't delay!
