The too is very smal and for that size very expensice. Last time i visited, some anymals were half dead in the ground...sagly that you pay a lot of money and see the animals diing there. not an perfekt time for children. To point out is the monkeys open space, where you can see the monkeys face to face...thats brilliant!!!

The main attraction is the Tiger but this lone animal appeared frustrated during our brief visit on Sunday. Other animals are fascinating. We watched the sea lions being fed, stood next to small penguins, owls, birds, camels, monkeys etc. You can get really close to the well cared for creatures. Bring your camera.

The animals are in very much more roomy enclosures than is the norm from my experience. They all looked very well fed and in good healthy condition. The layout is of a garden-like structure and extremely well maintained. It has very good catering facilities and the shop is also good if a bit small.

We go here quite often; the children likes it very much, they can see the animals, learn about them and use the play ground as well

This Zoo is nice, my toddler loved it. It's not too big and really fells more like a park, there are several exhibits you actually walk through - like the "Affenwald" (Monkey Forest). Just be careful, these monkeys are very clever and cheeky and love to steal things. The Storcks are actually wild and just return every year to the... More

My kids and I had a lovely day, so nice and relaxed, the monkey wood was the best, so much to see, good family day out. Only thing I didn't like was the overpriced restaurant .
