We booked the penguin plus package. Highly recommended but get there early so you can get a good seat. We walked down the board walks and found a spot overlooking the penguin hwy (on the right hand side) and this was by far the best viewing. We were able to watch the little penguins begin their march up the path... More

Love penguins? This is perfect! There are different options to see the penguins. We chose the VIP experience, and it was AWESOME! We had our own ranger who told us all about the penguins while giving us a tour and took us into the “box” where the penguin counting gets done. We were given binoculars to help count too and... Teh penguins are so tiny! And they are so cute to watch! Plus they make really cute sounds! They only come out at sunset! This is a must do and any Trip to Victoria would be incomplete without this trip. Photography is not allowed so please don't scare the cute penguins with flash, etc. Try to make a day out... More

Dear Tincognitus Thank you for your review and feedback on your recent visit to the Penguin Parade. I'm so pleased you had such an enjoyable visit, and you're right, there is so much to see and do here on Phillip Island it is certainly worth a full day trip if you can manage it. It was okay. Saw the penguins walk from the sea to their Barrow's. It was really cold but nice to watch.

What a fantastic experience. Blown away by this awesome sight of literally thousands of tiny penguins coming ashore as the sun set and making their way home!! Brilliant!! Reminder don't take photographs the flash can blind them.

My wife and I visited Phillip Island for the penguin parade in the hope we would see what many had revved about to us. We opted for a bus trip which included entry and the below ground level viewing area. It was quite cold but being indoors made it very comfortable for us. A park ranger gave us a run... More

Even though you need to pay to sit on bleachers to watch the wee penguins waddle up the beach, it's completely worth it. They are so cute and so hilarious! We saw abut 25 come out of the water and head up the beach. There weren't as many as usual, according to our friends who live in Melbourne, but when... More

Anything to do with seeing penguins (or any other animal) in the wild is GREAT... We bought a multi pass online before we went so we did all the main attractions...and the centre here is huge and educational... Then you go out before sunset and you get to see the penguins come out of the water and move up the... More

I've been to many places across Southafrica & this Penguin park was a sheer waste of Money .25.70 AUD is too expensive for any individual and its for thousands of us waiting to watch just few 200-300 penguins from a longer distance and it was windy and raining and i got to see only 5-10 penguins because i was in... Dear Mahendra K Thank you for your review and feedback of your recent visit to the Penguin Parade, and I'm sorry you did not feel that your visit was value for money. There are indeed many differences between the experience here and those in South Africa, due in most part to the breed of penguins. As the penguins here are... More

We sat in the front row on the beach right next to the penguin entrance between the amphitheater. Unfortunately it wasn't close enough to the majority of the penguins as the majority headed up the western side of the beach at the penguins plus location at the Phillip Island Nature Park penguin parade. Dark and crowded but worthy of a... More
