We visited this park in January and it was good because there wasn't a lot of people. The rocks are very particular and the park is very big so you can spend several hours walking. Recommended if you go to Cuenca.

We drove round for hours and hours through the area and ofcourse stopped at the Ciudad Encantada for a walk around. Stunning and varied scenery, perfect roads. We went in first week of November, so lots of autumn colours too, which made it even prettier.

What an perfect day in Cuenca exploring the beautiful and impressive Parque Natural de la Serrania in Cuenca. The views are breathtaking and the park is so well kept. Clean and well preserved. Loved our peaceful walk thru the park. So pleasant.

There are many rock formations and trails to cover. It gave our son a chance to burn off some of that bottled up museum energy. We went with a guide who explained the wildlife and geology to us. It was a nice change from the...More

We went to the Enchanted City while on a visit to Cuenca. We did not anticipate it would be as good as it was. A very interesting ramble to see some fantastic structures and strange sculptures eroded from the rock. To get there we ignored...More

There is so much more to Serrania de Cuenca than the Enchanted City: start with the Mirador lookout signposted in the car park of the Enchanted City. It is a 1.5 km easy walk/bird-watching ramble or you can drive on the rough track. At the...More

EcoTourism Cuenca does a really good job. My tour guide had a doctorate in botany. We had a long tour with a good meal in the middle.
