The caves are cleaner and safer comparatively and there were no bats. Water was dripping being the rainy season but nothing slippery or bad odoured.

This is such a great cave that it is difficult to express experience in words. And to experience it, you should visit it. This takes you long back in history. This is truly natural and gives a combo of stones, water and rain

Mawsmai Cave is very narrow and having so many uneven stones in the path makes it adventurous. When water inside and dropping from the top and one has to negotiate with the uneven path, it makes a great experience

To visit the cave and to complete the route from entry to exit, you have to be flexible, fit and desirous to explore something new. Good experience, different from typical sight seeing spots.

Hello people, I would like to travel to this place by end of April ! My queries are as follows . Would it be appropriate season or time to visit ? . How much time does it take for a round trip from Shillong to this place ? . What would be the entry fee and timings? Thanks in Advance Ps- I have only 24hrs time at Shillong , that is from 3pm day 1 to 3pm day 2. So my idea is to cover living root, mawsmai caves and Nohkalikai falls! Is it possible ?
