Voted the best region to visit by Lonely Plant for 2018, they have just realised what we locals have known forever ... for scenery, culture, food and drink, there's no place like the Coast Road from Larne to Ballycastle!

We hired a car to visit the Giant's causeway and were advised to take the longer but more scenic route along the coast! We were fortunate to have a lovely day and the views were stunning - highly recommend this journey!

This drive with views is breathtaking. There are actually plenty of placecs to get down to the sea, harbours and inlets. some very good places to eat - Ballintoy harbour for one.

Was fortunate with the weather so beautiful views and quiet roads. Loads of places to pull in or explore on route - websites explain the options. The more active can have frequent walks in beautiful places ut the less active will still thoroughly enjoy. Roadsides...More

Not at all. There is a bridge / tunnel through one part where uou have to go more to the middle but everyone knows and it's fine. This is my favourite road so drive it for pleasure. There are many 30mph limits so look out... More
