Was fortunate with the weather so beautiful views and quiet roads. Loads of places to pull in or explore on route - websites explain the options. The more active can have frequent walks in beautiful places ut the less active will still thoroughly enjoy. Roadsides...More

This was a lovely drive up to Bushmills. Of course being Ireland it was a bit rainy and foggy part of the time. There are some lovely stops along the way, especially liked Garron Point. I had trouble gauging how long we should allocate on...More

Did you know this road was used as a practice ground by Sir Stirling Moss and his contemporaries in the 1950's for the Italian Mille Miglia! Those were the days on no speed limits. An absolutely wonderful road that skirts the North Channel / Irish...More

Lovely views of the coastline with great little places to stop. Nice ice cream stop at Bally Gally just through the famous Black Arch

The Antrim coast road runs all the way from Belfast to Portrush on the North coast. That said the section from Belfast to Larne is not particularly interesting. The North Coast is stunning too, but that’s for another review. Start your journey at Larne, it’s...More

Lovely road, literally metres from the sea. Very pretty, although it lacks the drama of the causeway coast further north. A very pleasant drive.

Spectacular scenery on one of the nicest drives in Northern Ireland. Biggest drawback can be exeptionally slow especially in good weather as there are few places to overtake and can be a lot of "Sunday Drivers" on the road.
