For a small donation to the Santuary, you can release 50 or so hatchlings into the sea. Super cute to see the tiny turtles flapping their way into the waves!

Good chance to see live turtles swimming in the ponds. From very young ones to adults sizes. I am fascinated with their flaps or flippers that God designed which really are very hydrodynamic. The edges are jagged similar to bird's wings.

My heart broke for all the turtles trapped here. There were no guides to explain what goes on here, but for some out-dated generic charts & sad-looking displays.
