we contact kavida via whatsup after reading the good reviews in trip advisor. but it was the terrible decision we made in our visit. we wanted to do the safari in kaudulla national park but he brought us to eco park without any information about the change. animals can be moved becouse of many reasons but as a manner of good company they should inform us the reason to change the plan. from the entrance we stayed morethan a hour to buy the tickets. we talk with other travellers we realized the hurulu park entrance are cheaper than kaudulla park. we had to overpaid him when the begining 😡. we had two water bottles was super hot. after gate check in our vehicle joined to another 50+ jeeps with lots of smoke and bumpy road. i was asked to drive away from the jeeps but he did not follow it and said this is only place we can see animals today.. as i felt this park is attracts tourists and drivers who want to take a selfie at any cost with an elephant, our driver get too close to the animals and harass them,there is no respect or consideration for them. worse, when an elephant warn us by lowering that he want us to move,the driver laughs..😡😡 my partner was really unhappy and we did a mistake with choosing this company. all reviews 5* but i felt those are fake.. we had some fruits before end of the safari. overall experience was dissapointed and waste our time.😡 advise for all the travellers there are so many jeeps around the city you can choose but don't do it here. Day later our driver gihan recommend us to do the safari with his company but we made the mistake already.…

Dear Sir/ Madam, We know you have never used our service & made a fake review about us. We are always ready to listen complains & suggestions from our clients. But not someone like you who makes fake reviews to put down someones business. So if you have any evidence to prove that you have used our service, please upload pictures of those. Such as Invoice, pictures takes with our jeep or driver, dates of the service used, whats app messages or any evidence you have.I request from you never do something like this anyone living & its not polite. For my future clients who read this review : This is a fake review made by one of our competitor & he or she has never used our service. Our driver Kavinda was really professional : a clean Jeep, a respectful attitude with the animals, a pleasant pinneapple break... A good price for a memorable adventure. We recommand !
