Visited on a Monday so there were no queues to navigate through.
It is a bit of an elongated route to get to the actual attraction plus the ticket office can be easily missed as you meander your way though floors, escalators and sanction ropes.

Book thru Klook for cheaper tickets. Go around 6-7pm, no que / crowd on weekdays. Good views from all around Macau. Go dare yourself to stand on the glass bottom panel. Good for kids and elderly. Short ride but still enjoyable.

If your parents enjoy walking, it is a short and enjoyable walk, much of it indoors so that you can enjoy climate control, people watching, and shopping. The way to the Golden Reel is well marked, and the uniformed staff in any of the hotels can point the way. Unless you stop for a coffee or shopping, at a slow pace, you'll be there in under a half hour.
