Crystal clear water, extremely calm, which is great if you are not a strong swimmer or have small children to worry about. Sunsets in Boquerón are breathtaking!

Nice beach with lots of areas to relax. All year round lifeguards and security. Has some deep areas wich are after the buoys (do not pass). There is a eating place at the beach and nearby restaurants at El Poblado (walking distance from beach). Nearby hotels are at walking distance.

Is a small vivid town. I enjoy El Poblado, but the beach is average. I stayed in the beach near Poblado and the sand was slimmy (in the water), maybe if I walked further it wasn't like that.

This place is very run down. The parking is run by a vendor and all they care about is collecting money. It cost $5.50 to park here and there are many other free and better beaches in Puerto Rico. Stay Away.

I love visiting Boqueron on the off-season. The beaches are practically empty and you can really enjoy a day in the sun. My husband and I took a Christmas weekend trip out there this year and we enjoyed every second of it.

We stayed nearby at Aquarius Vacation Resorts. The water was muddied by the rain. The staff said the beach had sea weed and was a bit dirtied by a week of rain every day. It rained our first two days there. We will try again next year.

This beach is really calm, no waive is good for families with children's, I went with my friends and some family we had a blast. There's no to much places where you can lay in the shadow so you will have a suntan, is near to the renting "cabañas" where we where staying.

The recession of the island of Puerto Rico has hit really hard. This place is beautiful and the facilities were really great. Now you can notice the impact the economy have had in the facilities of this beautiful and nice beach. Still can go but I've seem a lot better days for the facilities. Hopefully the government invest again in... More
