Although we have been to Skala seven times this was the first time we visited the ruins. It was amazing to see the detail that was put into building these ancient structures...This is only a small site but is free and well worth a visit.

If you wish to visit this archaeological site be aware it is shut on Mondays and although free would take 5-10 minutes to look around. We love the whole history and culture of sites like these and the mosaic floors do look very good examples...More
The mosaics were very detailed and some were in really good condition with the colours still apparent. Covered over with a shelter and an attendant present.There was a purpose built walkway also. No charge.
