I arrived Purmamarca after 17:30 and I guess we climbed up the viewpoint around 18 o'clock! Still there was sign of 3 pesos but there was no one. Also the guy who sold souvenir told us that we could enter for free :)
Most unnecessary 3 pesos ever. I paid to go up in the afternoon but when I went back in the morning no one was there charging money and people were just going up freely.
