A trip to remember

My husband and I went on the Saona VIP tour in December. I booked the day excursion before heading to the Dominican, and did it all through email. When we got to our resort, we... read more

My husband and I went on the Saona VIP tour in December. I booked the day excursion before heading to the Dominican, and did it all through email. When we got to our resort, we wanted to look into other excursions, and ended up booking a dune buggy tour where we got to drive to hoyo azul (blue cave) though... More

I recently took the Saona Special tour while on a Carnival Cruise stop at La Romana. I was concerned about time and making it back to the ship as this was the first time I've ever booked an excursion outside of the cruise company but I had no reason to worry. The tour guide explained all the precautions they have... More

We had wanted to go to the park for years but were turned off by the loud party boats and then we found Seavis. We spent a lovely day visiting the island of Saona. The visit to the village of Mano Juan with a nice lunch on the beach and a visit to the sea turtle rescue project . The... More

Everything from start to finish was fabulous. It's the one tour we still talk about to date! Our daughter loved the stops to find star fish and sea cucumbers. The rum and cake was a great touch! We did the day tour as we arrived via cruise ship!

We debarked from our cruise ship in Dominican Republic and found a Taxi to the beach. Once at the beach we stumbled upon Seavis Tours. We did not have a reservation but the owner told us to wait and after he checked in everyone with a reservation he was sure he could work our group of 7 in. Well we... More

We went on the tour to santo domingo. We felt incredibly rushed in Santo Domingo. It was hard to enjoy the sights when our guide was always looking at his watch saying lets go. Either the stop at the caves should be deleted so people have more time to themselves to walk around, or the drive by of the lighthouse... More

Seavis is the best company to visit Saona with. We did some price comparisons and they provided the most for the money. And they had tours in English. One other company was only in French. Ingrid was super helpful signing us up. And the guides on the boat itself were great. The Mano Juan tour was really interesting, especially the... More

I am so glad I took the tour with Seavis. The tour itself was awesome. It was definitely the highlight of my trip to DR. It was very relaxing, but also very educational. The guides were also very knowledgeable and friendly. If I go back to DR, I would definitely take more tours with them. Highly recommended!

Saona Island Tour: This was definitely worth your money and time! Our tour guide, Carlos, was great and very informative about the different areas along the tour. Floating through the mangroves and seeing the frigate birds flying around was pretty incredible. Wading around in the sandbanks of Catalinita Island was so beautiful, and we got to see a lot of... I actually was disappointed when I found out we were going to the Dominican Republic and NOT *Dominica*. Boy, was I surprised. I found that this was the best day of our cruise ports. We had such fun. Our tour guide did everything to make sure we were safe, and had a GREAT time. We went to the Island of... More
