Worth half an hour of anybody’s time on a sunny day. Many of the buildings are coloured red white and blue which I find unusual as most temples/shrines are predominantly gold. Some very intricate work on interior door panels

Within walking distance from river community, this little shrine is dedicated to Thai king ruling the kingdom quite a few ages ago. Interesting architecture mix of Thai and Chinese style. Worth visiting, If you have time to spare.

If you are in the city, you should stop by here to pay the respect to the King Taksin Shrine. There is so many parking lots.

Nothing special but worth a look if one is passing on the way to the bus station or Tesco Lotus for example

It is a sacred place and a must to pay homage visit.It is at the Provincial City Hall area. Eay to find it.

The shrine also known as the Chantaburi City Pillar shrine is very beautiful and looks inspired by Chinese art, which is not surprising given the king's heritage and that of Chantaburi itself. You find the monument(s) on the main road into the centre of the...More

Our group of 15 visited the King Taksin Shrine in March. The Shrime was popular among locals. We visited the Shrine about one hour. The shrine was nice and clean.

Beautiful and quiet with clean place...in Chantaburi should visit when you come this province... they have two side Taksin and shrine of the city god you can cross the road between military group...
