This has become a regular stop for us when we're on our way to the coast. Although there are only pit toilets, the views of Kamloops Lake, the interesting pioneer cabins, and the birds that habit the area override that minor issue.

This Provincial Park is one of the few parks that does not take reservations .We did manage to get a campsite but not with power or water, they were already taken by the time we got there Thurs afternoon. They are allowing campfires at the...More

From hiking to fishing and kayaking, this was a great trip to bring the teens on! Roasting hot dogs and marshmallows and sitting around the fire under full star-filled skies...gotta love camping! <3
