The Spice Garden is beautifully designed and maintained. It comprises a series of walkways built into the side of the hill featuring differing habitats. Access is along narrow and sometimes steepish paths so care needs to be taken after rain. This is not an attraction...More

Went here after a visit to the national park, since it's quite close. It's a very nice garden, very informative (it includes a self audio tour). They do give you bug spray because of the mosquitos, but you might also want to bring your own.

Lovely gardens with interesting audio to learn all about the history and uses of many spices. Nicely laid out with clear numbers for audio. Large lizard greeted us at the pond! Very good Thai restaurant at the end with tables on the water.

We took the audio guide, but preferred to just read the signs. The visit filled in a couple of hours by taking the bus from Georgetown. Aside from that it was disappointing. It was a bit confusing on the trails as the numbers didnt always...More
