The food is indeed tasty and yummy but at my age and worry about hygiene and food preparation....I won't be visiting this place again. If u like local food...knock yourself out...but I would prefer to eat in a cleaner environment ..

Went here as part of our cooking class with Penang Homecooking School. My husband and I always like to walk around a local markets and see all the different products etc that you can get, well worth a visit too.

Georgetown Penang has the UNESCO heritage tag given to it. And its charm/appeal is that you're living in an environment thats not neen given a clinical makeover. If thats your cup-of-tea, then extend your radius from the downtown/heritahe area out towards the Pulau Tikus locale....More
