The back 9 in particular is tough but straight hitters will be rewarded. The majestic Slaney hugs the 16th (Index 1) fairway and for me it is a signature hole.... More

Loved it, great condition, some unforgettable holes, great scenery and good fun. Value for money, not expensive with a great clubhouse, all the facilities you'd need and very friendly people.

SIMPLY STUNNING - It's the only way to describe this course and it's setting. Phenomenal scenery and layout along the banks of the Slaney make this course a joy to play no matter what handicap you play off. And only 90 minutes from Dublin make it very accessible. I enjoyed every second of my walk around it. Can't recommend it... More

We were six for a Sunday lunch and three of the party had haddock and one had gammon but my brother in law and I both opted for the sirloin roast dinner. I have to say that the girl who served us was really friendly and very keen to please. I have to say that the roast beef was probably... More

This is a gem and well worth a visit if you want a round in a beautiful setting. Went here for breakfast as the food was so bad in the local hotel. Lovely walk by the slaney.

To walk from the entrance as far as the Club house takes about half an hour but if you enjoy photography the opportunities are endless on the path through mature trees winding down to the Slaney river affording you magnificent views back towards the bridge. When you eventually get to the club house the restaurant is open to all and... More

Great location and facilities. For a relatively new course it's a wonderfully mature setting mostly, the newer parts will mature in time to turn this into a a superb golf course. Should be on your list of 'must play' courses.
