Great hike, great workout! Great experience with friends and new friends we made on the hike. Would definitely recommend this experience to everyone. You do need to be in shape though in order to complete the full hike. Two thumbs up!

Visiting Gracias this is a must do - if you are a hiker or a birder this place will keep you busy easily during 2-3 days - if you want to reach the top - will need to stay overnight in camping sites
