A very nice place, however, it is crucial to visit the beach on the day there high tide and the lagoon is full of water. Otherwise all you will see is a large chunk of not so attractive beach.

When we arrived at our hotel we were very surprised to see this as it was a high tide and was flooded across so the only way to the sea was to walk around which was ok. It did look lovely.
The next day we looked out from balcony the water had all gone so we were able to walk across to the sea
Lucky to have seen it flooded looks beautiful.

We walked to the lagoon from Costa Calma on a day with high tide and watched the kite surfers surfing in the lagoon.

Wide open spaces to enjoy. Spend time relaxing as you watch the windsurfers and kitesurfers fall into the sea!

Beautiful sea, lovely clean beaches. Very quite great time to visit in June. This beaches is a continuation of Playa de Sotavento. Our pervious visit was in November and it was amazing how the coast line changes depending on what time of year you visit.

Very nice white sand. Water not to deep, safe to go with kids.

Loads of water sports, safe areas for youngsters to swim or paddle, lovely sand and shoals of small fish when the tide comes in.
