We found this visit to be very interesting and loved the house and the art on display. we even bought some art to take home and found the shop to be reasonably priced. It was great to find out more about Cesar Manrique.

Whilst much of Cesar's house has been given over to the museum, there are spaces that have been retained from the days when this was one of his homes. It is absolutely fascinating and whilst I don't necessarily 'get' all his artwork (although I love...More

A must see visit for the discerning visitor. Manrique had a vision ahead of his time. Great to learn about the man, his art, his political view and his love of his country. Helped me to see the beauty of the island in a different...More

Nice and unusual experience 1-1.5 h visit. I think 8 euro is a bit overpriced. Not friendly for strollers/prams/wheel chair

We stayed at the Coronas Playa hotel in Costa Teguise and went on a First Minute tour which included the Cesar Manrique Foundation property. It was a stunning place to visit. The property needs to be seen to be believed, there are living rooms basically...More

Manrique’s house has been turned into a museum so none of the rooms bear any resemblance to how the rooms were when he lived there. It does display many of his paintings which are quite interesting. The best part in my opinion, is the underground...More

I'm not that very into architecture but this place was really great to visit to understand Lanzarote, it's landscape and outlook. Also shows a power of one man for the environment around him. Lovely film and photos of his life to see recommend this spot

Really quite surprised by the beauty and message of this project. Amazing views from the picture windows, a windy tour through the whitewashed volcanic domes to the subterranean pool and finishing in the art gallery. Whether or not you are a fan of his art...More

An experience to delight you around every curve of this humorous and passionate piece of installation art. I was most impressed to see original work by Picasso and Miro also on display.

Yes but very small and basic. There's an amazing restaurant nearby that we went to with its own brewery!
