How lovely to see people sit in the shade around this rotunda that was built to honor those who contributed to society. From workers, insurgents, and intellectuals, it was refreshing to see this monument. Only two women were part of the statues.

A remarkably gorgeous building which we always enjoy. The rotating art exhibitions are lovely, and walking through this very statuesque building with Canterra stone pillars is so elegant.

Be sure to visit downtown Guadalajara. Walk and enjoy all the beautiful culture and architecture. There are lots of buildings to see and I am sure we missed a few. This was a pretty plaza for sure.
